Your account info (email, display name, role); lesson content you or your teacher add (vocabulary, lesson notes); your learning activity (which words you've learned, and your reading, listening, and homework results); and how long you spend in the app.
To run the app for you and your class — generating reading passages, listening exercises, and homework tailored to what you've already learned, tracking your progress, and letting your teacher review your work.
We may use de-identified, aggregated learning data — for example, which words are commonly learned at which stage, or patterns in AI-generated text that needed correction — to improve the app and inform future features. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share one class's lesson content with another teacher or class.
Reading passages, homework, and feedback are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Text you or your teacher submit for these features is sent to that service to produce results.
This service may be used by a minor under the direction of a parent or teacher. If you are a parent or guardian with questions about your child's data, contact us at the address below.
You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time by contacting us.
If we change these terms in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you can keep using the app.
